With spectacular views of the cityscape along K Street, The Fellowship Hall can be set up in a variety of styles, including banquet, reception, lecture, and panel discussion. The hall includes a baby grand piano, audio-visual equipment and a retractable projection screen. The Fellowship Hall can accommodate up to 250 people, and includes an adjacent service kitchen. Classrooms & Meeting Rooms
A centrally located lounge, cheerfully decorated and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink, makes a comfortable place for your group to relax or socialize between sessions. Sanctuary and Chapel
For more intimate or informal gatherings, the chapel is another option available for use. With flexible seating arrangements and ambience provided from more stained glass windows, this is a much loved space. The chapel seats up to 60 guests. The Atrium is a spectacular space that truly links the historic to the contemporary by providing an indoor passage between the historic building and the first and second floor of the new building. The Atrium features four-story glass walls, ornamental brickwork, a glass roof (which can be shaded in extremely sunny weather) and an Italian tile floor. The Fellowship Hall opens off the Atrium with a movable, partitioned glass wall, providing a unique and flexible multipurpose space.
MVP is home to the Undercroft Theatre, an historic auditorium which underwent significant renovation in the recent construction project. Seating 148, the Undercroft accommodates film presentations, stage works, musical events, and lectures. Adjoining the theater is a dance studio, dressing rooms, and restrooms with shower facilities.
The B1 level offers extra flexibility of usage. Various-sized rooms can accommodate small or large meetings, discussions and lectures, screenings, trainings, and workshops. Most classroom spaces include modern audio-visual technology and projection screens. Movable furniture and dispersed power supply also allows for numerous configurations and setups.
The centerpiece of MVP is the 1917 sanctuary, which comfortably holds 499 people. Featuring spectacular art glass windows and intricate plasterwork, this space has been the spiritual home to thousands over the past near century.
A large catering kitchen is located on the Classroom Level and is connected via elevator to the service kitchen that is alongside the Fellowship Hall. This spacious area is equipped with modern professional equipment, and makes for an ideal and convenient location for a catering company or a single event requiring catering.
