A wedding ceremony at Mount Vernon Place UMC is a wondrous, special, and sacred occasion of worship. We are available for weddings throughout the year. Our historic Sanctuary offers breathtaking sightlines, stained glass, and intricate architectural design with classic wooden pews and plush, crimson carpeting and features a pipe organ and grand piano. The marble columns, porticos, and façade resemble many of the monuments and memorials of our nation’s capital.
