Mount Vernon Place United Methodist Church is located in the heart of downtown Washington D.C. on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and 9th Street (NW) and is just steps from the the New Convention Center, and blocks from the National Mall, the Smithsonian, the Verizon Center, and Chinatown. The church is easily accessible by metro at Metro Center, Mt. Vernon, and Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro stations.  For more information, you can visit the site of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.

As a result of our construction, our temporary worship space is directly across the street at 801 K Street, NW at the National Music Center in the Carnegie Library. Meanwhile, our offices are in a trailer at 900 Massachusetts Ave. NW

Limited parking may be found along Massachusetts Avenue and K Streets. There is also a PMI Lot directly across from the church on Massachusetts Avenue. The lot is complementary for worshippers who bring a church bulletin.
